How do you package it?
We pack all art items very safely. You can see here, how it’s done. The company used is Fedex GB. You have to be there to sign that you have received the artwork.

How long does it take?
We ship all artworks within a week of order (normal post enrol via FedexGB).

Is it really free?
Yes, we ship to Europe for free- no hidden costs.

Do you ship outside Europe?
Yes, please enquire for a quote.

Can I come and pick it up and pay in cash?
Yes, we prefer that you come to East London (Zone 2) to pick it up.

What if the artwork gets damaged or lost?
It is insured.


Can I return the artwork?
Yes, you can. Talk to us before you do any actions.
